Benjamin Wolin

Benjamin Wolin

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ben Wolin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Covetrus. In this role, he leads the company with a vision focused on driving innovation and excellence in the global animal healthcare industry. Ben has been with Covetrus since October 2019. Before joining Covetrus, Ben was the CEO and co-founder of Everyday Health, Inc., a leading communications and marketing platform serving consumers, doctors, and healthcare companies. Under his leadership, Everyday Health became a prominent name in digital health, and Ben was instrumental in shaping its strategic direction and growth over 14 years. He also served on the board of directors for Everyday Health, where he contributed to its governance and long-term strategy. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Bowdoin College.

Nicholas Jansen

Nicholas Jansen

Global Chief Financial Officer

Nick serves as the Global Chief Financial Officer for Covetrus. He played a significant role in the company's formation in 2018, collaborating with legacy companies Vets First Choice and Henry Schein. From 2019 to 2022, he led investor relations efforts during Covetrus' time as a public company.  Before joining Vets First Choice, Nick was a Managing Director at Raymond James for 12 years, where he worked as a Research Analyst focusing on the healthcare services sector, including the animal health space. With over six years of experience in various senior leadership positions across Finance and Strategy, he served as the CFO of the Technology Business from 2021 to 2023 before transitioning to the position of global CFO. Nick holds an MBA from the University of Florida.

Amy Sanford

Amy Sanford

Global General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer

Amy joined Covetrus in February 2024 as Global General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to Covetrus, she was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at U.S. Anesthesia Partners. With over 20 years of experience, Amy is a seasoned business executive known for her results-driven approach and collaborative problem-solving skills. Her extensive background in the healthcare industry includes expertise in legal, legislative affairs, risk management, shareholder relations, compliance, and information security. Amy holds a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School and an undergraduate degree from Murray State University.

Link Welborn, DVM, DABVP

Link Welborn, DVM, DABVP

Chief Veterinary Officer, North America

Link Welborn is the Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO) for North America at Covetrus. He joined Covetrus in January 2021. Dr. Welborn champions the role of veterinarians in enhancing animal care and advises on improving business outcomes for veterinary practices. Dr. Welborn is a diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, is certified in Canine and Feline Practice, and owns seven AAHA-accredited hospitals. He is also CEO of Veterinary Study Groups, overseeing over 60 Veterinary Management Groups (VMGs). His extensive involvement includes roles with the Veterinary Innovation Council, AVMA House of Delegates, and the AAHA Canine Vaccination Guidelines Task Force. His achievements include the 2022 AVMA Award, AAHA Practitioner of the Year, and several other prestigious honors.

Bill Ng

Bill Ng

Chief Operating Officer, North America

Bill is the Chief Operating Officer for North America at Covetrus. He oversees our clinical and direct-to-consumer service lines along with distribution operations and supplier relations. He joined Covetrus in September 2024, initially serving as the Senior Vice President of In-Clinic Category Management and Supplier Contracting before stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Before his time at Covetrus, Bill held various leadership positions in healthcare and gamified fitness at McKesson and Zwift. He has over a decade of experience in international and domestic financial markets and risk management, having worked with Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse. Bill graduated from Columbia University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Scot Gillespie

Scot Gillespie

Chief Product and Technology Officer, North America

Scot serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer for North America at Covetrus. He joined the company in March 2023 and is responsible for the overall technology functions at Covetrus as well as Covetrus’ software business. Scot has over 15 years of extensive leadership experience in the technology sector. Before joining Covetrus, Scot was the GM of Commerce Cloud at Salesforce, CTO & GM at Arc XP, and VP of Technology at Grainger. Scot holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Elise Lieberman

Elise Lieberman

Vice President of Human Resources, North America

Elise serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Covetrus. Since joining the company in October 2020, she has played a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and internal communications to foster a high-performing and connected workforce. Before Covetrus, Elise held progressive HR leadership roles at Arrow Electronics, a global technology and distribution company, where she supported organizational growth and talent initiatives. She also served on the board of the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association. Elise holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Chris Kempa

Chris Kempa

Chief Revenue Officer, North America

Chris is the Chief Revenue Officer for North America at Covetrus. He joined Covetrus in May 2026, overseeing the strategy and execution of the company’s revenue-generating functions, helping align teams around growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance. Before Covetrus, Chris served as CEO of True Value Company and held various senior leadership positions at Essendant and Grainger. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Chris is known for driving growth, building and leading large commercial organizations, and aligning teams around customer-focused strategies. Chris graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science and holds an MBA from Lake Forest School of Management.

Graham Rhodes

Graham Rhodes

President, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific

Graham serves as the President for the Europe & LATAM region at Covetrus. He joined the company in February 2019 and is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the multi-country businesses, ensuring compliance with statutory and control requirements, and providing key data and insights to support performance goals. Graham’s deep expertise in finance and business leadership has been crucial in advancing Covetrus’ strategic development objectives. Before joining Covetrus, Graham held senior roles at Henry Schein Animal Health as CFO of European Animal Health, and in various leadership positions at Air Products & Chemicals Inc. and AB Sugar, where he was Global CFO. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant. Before joining Covetrus, Graham held senior roles at Henry Schein Animal Health as CFO of European Animal Health, and in various leadership positions at Air Products & Chemicals Inc. and AB Sugar, where he was Global CFO. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.

Vice President of HR for Europe and Latin America

Gail Davidson is the Vice President of HR for the Europe and Latin America at Covetrus. She joined the company in June 2018 and is responsible for overseeing HR strategy, operations, and enterprise talent management. Throughout her tenure at Covetrus, Gail has held several key roles, including Human Resources Director, Global Talent Manager Director, and Northern Europe HR Director. Her extensive HR expertise has been instrumental in advancing Covetrus’ strategic goals. Prior to her role at Covetrus, Gail held senior HR positions at Johnson Matthey, Henry Schein Animal Health, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Scottish Power. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Gail is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

Stefan Weidt

Stefan Weidt

Vice President of Operations, International

Stefan Weidt serves as Vice President of Operations, International at Covetrus, where he leads international operations across multiple markets, including end-to-end supply chain activities, warehouse operations, transport, purchasing, inventory management, operational excellence, and quality and regulatory processes. He focuses on strengthening service reliability, improving productivity, and advancing scalable, automated operating models across Covetrus’ international distribution network. Before Covetrus, Stefan held senior executive roles at arvato SCM / Bertelsmann and leadership positions at Vodafone, with responsibilities spanning international operations, customer ramp-ups, restructuring, M&A, post-merger integration, and supply chain strategy. He began his career in supply chain consulting at Fraunhofer IML and holds a doctorate in engineering from the University of Dortmund.

Roman Schiller

Vice President of IT, International

Roman Schiller is Vice President of IT, International at Covetrus. He joined Covetrus in February 2019 and leads the company’s international IT organization across EULAM and Asia Pacific, with responsibility for IT strategy, cybersecurity, business applications, infrastructure, shared services, and technology operations. With nearly 30 years of IT experience, Roman is focused on strengthening cyber resilience, simplifying and modernizing the technology landscape, and using standardization and automation to improve reliability, operational efficiency, and business performance. He has held several regional and international IT leadership roles at Covetrus, including Senior Director, Cyber Security, Infrastructure & Shared Services EULAM and IT Director for the CEES region, and has also served as a Data Protection Officer.

David Gold

David Gold

Vice President of Finance for Europe and Latin America

David Gold is Vice President of Finance for Europe and Latin America at Covetrus, where he leads the regional finance organization across 15 countries and is responsible for financial strategy, reporting, performance, transformation, governance, and business partnering. David joined Covetrus in 2021 after spending two decades at Shell in a series of international finance leadership roles. His experience spans business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and organizational change, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and using technology and data to improve decision-making and drive business performance. David is a Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA/ACMA) and holds both BSc and MSc degrees from the London School of Economics.

Diana Leister

Diana Leister

Vice President of Legal, International & Deputy General Counsel

Diana is the Vice President of Legal, International, and Deputy General Counsel at Covetrus. She joined the company in November 2019 and is responsible for overseeing all legal matters and leading the international legal team outside the USA. With nearly 20 years of legal experience, Diana plays a key role in supporting Covetrus’ strategic development. Before joining Covetrus, Diana served as regional legal counsel for a top-100 U.S. family-owned consumer goods manufacturer and direct-selling company, worked in the renewable energy sector, and held legal roles at a multi-national MDAX-listed retail chain with extensive geographic responsibilities across Europe, Asia, Africa, and LATAM. Diana is admitted to the German Bar and holds degrees from Universität des Saarlandes, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in Germany, and Paris-Lodron Universität Salzburg in Austria, along with a Master of Laws degree from Durham University in the UK.

Kathrina Doran

Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Kathrina Doran is the Managing Director for the APAC region at Covetrus, overseeing the strategic direction, commercial growth, and operational performance of one of the company’s most dynamic and diverse markets. Since joining Covetrus in August 2025, Kathrina has focused on enhancing the company culture, strengthening regional capabilities, and implementing lasting changes that benefit both employee experience and customer value. She is deeply committed to empowering her teams by promoting inclusive leadership and fostering an environment that sparks innovation, teamwork, and achievement. With a leadership approach grounded in clarity, trust, and purpose, she equips teams to make valuable contributions that benefit both veterinary professionals and the animals they care for.

Kerrie is the HR Leader for the APAC Region at Covetrus, where she is dedicated to driving strategic, innovative people solutions and creating exceptional, tailored employee experiences across the region. Since joining Covetrus in March 2022, Kerrie has leveraged her extensive international and multi-organizational experience to develop customized initiatives that address regional needs and support leadership in driving meaningful change. Her expertise includes organizational transformation, enhancing team performance and culture, and improving employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and retention.
