Chargeback Policy

Definition of Chargeback: A chargeback is a process where a customer disputes a transaction made with their credit or debit card, requesting the card issuer to reverse the charge. Generally, customers submit requests for a chargeback to their credit card company when there is an unauthorized transaction, they haven’t received the goods purchased or the good received are not as described.

Resolution of Disputed Charges:

If a chargeback is initiated on a transaction with our Company, the affected account will be unable to place future orders until the chargeback is either removed or resolved. This measure ensures that we can continue to effectively serve our customers while addressing any issues related to disputed transactions.

Repeated Chargebacks:

Should a chargeback be resolved and subsequently, another chargeback is detected on the same account Covetrus reserves the right to permanently close the account. This policy is designed to protect our business and maintain a fair environment for all our customers.
