Terms and Conditions for Submission of Customer Testimonials

  1. You’re granting Covetrus, Inc. and its affiliates the right to use your testimonial in various forms of media, including, but not limited to our websites, publications, social media, and paid ads. Your testimonial participation is entirely up to you.
  2. Once we receive your testimonial, it becomes our exclusive property. You can still utilize it for personal, non-commercial use.
  3. We may use your testimonial and possibly your name in various forms of media, including, but not limited to our websites, publications, social media, and paid ads.
  4. You’re confirming you wrote or gave the testimonial and haven’t signed an agreement with any other entity or person regarding the use of your testimonial.
  5. Submitting this testimonial means you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Submission listed above. You have also reviewed and agreed to the Covetrus Privacy Policy.
