“I focused on bringing [my colleagues] together and empowering them to run the company. It certainly wasn’t just me, it was all of us. I think they did a really great job of stepping up and taking ownership and control. And being invited to step up was a big component of it. The general employee population was really hungry to have a say and help drive the company. We focused a lot about empowering that. And so I’m both grateful and proud of how the company has responded over these first nine months.”
