COVID-19 Questions, answered.

We continue to closely monitor the coronavirus and its impact, with a focus on the health and safety of our employees, customers, and supply chain partners. Most importantly, our teams continue to serve you throughout this unprecedented time. We are working closely with all stakeholders to address evolving needs, and we are adapting to anticipate and address potential disruptions. We have been in regular contact with all of our supplier partners, coordinating demand planning efforts to reduce or eliminate the impact of potential supply disruptions. At this time, no major suppliers have informed us that they expect extended supply interruptions. We have also identified higher risk product categories and are taking precautionary measures to ensure inventory needs are addressed. Covetrus will continue to work proactively with our suppliers to respond effectively throughout the COVID-19 crisis.
Compounded medications are still available, and five-day shipping is not currently impacted. Please call Roadrunner Pharmacy Support at 877-518-4589.

Supply Chain In order to best protect the health and safety of our distribution center team members, Covetrus is amending its working hours. This may affect some ambient shipments with an additional day for delivery. All cold chain shipments will continue be next day delivery. For questions, call (855) 724-3461.

Prescription Management If you have prescription management questions, please reach out to your Account Manager directly or call 207-550-8300. For support, please contact us by emailing support@covetrus.com. We are experiencing unprecedented call volumes so please expect slight delay in our response.

Your clients can contact Covetrus by emailing support@covetrus.com. Our representatives are available to help your clients Monday-Friday from 9:00AM – 6:00PM ET, and Saturday from 10:00AM – 3:00PM ET. Please note: we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries so response time may be delayed.
We have seen a huge surge in demand for diets. Our vendor partners are committed to meeting the demand and have, in many cases, hired more staff and opened additional production and warehousing facilities. On an order-by-order basis, our customer service team evaluates in-stock status for diet products. Depending on the status, we have begun and will continue communicating to your clients to set expectations on availability and delivery times. In some cases, if a product is not readily available, we will refer them to you for a new recommendation.
